This 12V DC single acting hydraulic power unit is designed specifically for small car lifting equipment. It is equipped with a 0.5KW DC motor, a 0.5CC gear pump, a 1.5L standard oil storage tank, a rated pressure of 16MPa, and a compact and integrated structure. It is easy to install and widely suitable for truck tailboards, small lifting platforms, dump trailers, and small environmental sanitation lifting equipment. The whole machine adopts aluminum alloy valve blocks and thickened painted oil tanks, which are corrosion-resistant and leak proof. It is equipped with a 12V electromagnetic relay control, one click start stop lifting, stable and durable.

Installation Instructions

Hydraulic oil filling: Add 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil from the red oil port at the bottom, with the oil amount not exceeding the upper limit of the tank scale;

Circuit wiring: The thick red black main line is connected to the positive and negative poles of the vehicle's 12V battery, and two thin control lines are connected to the lifting switch;

Oil connection: The threaded interfaces on both sides of the valve block are connected to the oil pipe of the oil cylinder, and tightened to prevent leakage;

Exhaust debugging: When using it for the first time with no load lifting 3-5 times, exhaust the air in the oil circuit and lift it more smoothly.
