Communication silent motor

Standard 220V single-phase/380V three-phase aluminum shell asynchronous motor, with integrated heat dissipation fins, low operating noise, and low continuous working temperature rise; Black insulated junction box with warning label, protection level IP54, dust-proof and splash proof, capable of long-term continuous operation, stable power output, suitable for factory fixed power supply scenarios.

High pressure gear oil pump and integrated valve block

High precision aluminum alloy gear pump, high volumetric efficiency, rated working pressure up to 16MPa; The valve block integrates overflow pressure regulating valve, one-way valve, and electromagnetic directional installation interface, with reserved standard hydraulic oil port. It can be matched with single/dual electromagnetic directional valve to achieve the functions of oil cylinder rising, falling, pressure holding, and pressure relief. It is equipped with overload pressure relief protection to prevent system overpressure from damaging pipelines and oil cylinders.

Corrosion resistant plastic fuel tank

Thickened PE integrated blow molded white fuel tank, lightweight, rust free, corrosion-resistant, and has no hidden dangers of rust and oil leakage compared to metal fuel tanks; The top is equipped with a red threaded breathable oil cap, which is convenient for adding hydraulic oil. The box comes with an oil level scale line, allowing for intuitive viewing of the liquid level; Lightweight design reduces the overall weight of the machine, making installation and handling more effortless.

Integrated base assembly

The motor, pump, and fuel tank share a metal mounting base, which is sturdy in structure and has good shock absorption effect. It can be directly bolted to the equipment rack for simple assembly and reduces on-site assembly processes.

6、 Instructions for Use and Maintenance

Add 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil to the standard range of the oil tank scale, and tighten the breathable oil cap;

Connect the hydraulic oil pipe to the inlet and outlet of the valve block, tighten the joint to prevent leakage;

Distinguish single-phase/three-phase power supply for motor wiring, strictly follow the markings for wiring, and ensure proper grounding protection;

Power on test the lifting action, adjust the system working pressure through the overflow valve, and prohibit overpressure use;

Check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil every 300 hours, and replace the hydraulic oil and filter element in a timely manner if turbidity or impurities appear.
