AC motor hydraulic power unit

This AC hydraulic power pack is designed for stationary lifting equipment, including scissor lift tables, car lifts, warehouse stacking machines and auto maintenance platforms. It consists of a three-phase/single-phase AC motor, aluminum gear pump, integrated valve manifold and corrosion-resistant plastic oil tank, compact and easy to install. 

The white plastic fuel tank features lightweight, anti-rust and anti-aging performance, effectively avoiding rust pollution of hydraulic oil compared with iron tanks. The all-aluminum alloy motor and pump body dissipate heat rapidly, with stable pressure output and low running noise during long-hour continuous work. Equipped with built-in overload pressure relief protection, it can automatically cut off pressure to prevent platform sudden falling, greatly improving operation safety. 

Standard double oil ports support single-acting and double-acting hydraulic circuits, compatible with various lifting cylinder configurations. We provide customizable options on motor power （0.75kW/1.1kW/1.5kW/2.2kW）, tank capacity, working pressure and valve functions to meet different load and lifting height demands.
