Aerial work platform power unit

This hydraulic power unit is a compact hydraulic oil supply device that integrates a motor, hydraulic pump, integrated valve block, and oil reservoir. It is a core component that converts electrical energy into hydraulic energy to drive various hydraulic actuators (cylinders/hydraulic motors). It is specifically designed for mechanical scenarios where installation space is limited and short-term/intermittent operations are required. Combining efficient power output with convenient installation characteristics, it is an ideal power source for various lifting, clamping, and steering equipment.

Core structure and configuration

Power core: Equipped with high-performance AC/DC motors (optional 220V/380V/12V/24V), it boasts strong power and is suitable for various power supply scenarios. The motor is directly connected to the hydraulic pump, resulting in low transmission loss and high power transmission efficiency.

Hydraulic Actuation Unit: Utilizing high-precision gear pumps/plunger pumps, it can achieve stable output at medium to high pressures ranging from 0 to 21 MPa. The flow rate can be customized according to needs, precisely matching the power requirements of different loads and meeting the working conditions of heavy loads and high-frequency actions.

Intelligent control module: Integrated with threaded cartridge valve groups such as directional valves, relief valves, and throttle valves, it can precisely control the flow direction, pressure, and flow rate of oil, enabling equipment start-stop, direction change, speed regulation, and overload protection. It is easy to operate and responds quickly.

Oil Storage and Protection: Equipped with a thickened steel/aluminum alloy oil storage tank, it combines three functions: oil storage, heat dissipation, and impurity precipitation. A high-precision filter is built-in to ensure the cleanliness of the oil and extend the service life of core components. The top of the oil tank is equipped with an oil filler and an oil level observation window, making maintenance and operation more intuitive.

Sealing and Adaptability: Imported wear-resistant seals are used to effectively prevent hydraulic oil leakage and adapt to harsh working conditions such as high temperatures, dust, and high humidity. The standardized installation interface allows for quick docking with various hydraulic actuators, providing strong adaptability.
