DC double acting hydraulic power unit

This DC hydraulic power unit is a small hydraulic pump station for car mounted DC (12V/24V optional), integrating a DC motor, gear pump, double acting electromagnetic reversing valve, and oil storage tank. It is a specialized hydraulic power source for dump truck automatic tarpaulins, small lifting platforms, environmental sanitation equipment, and modified lifting mechanisms. It is compact in size and easy to install.

Dual oil circuit electronic control design: Equipped with a standard bidirectional electromagnetic directional valve, it can remotely control the extension/retraction of the oil cylinder, realizing the bi-directional action of opening and closing the tarpaulin, lifting and lowering, with sensitive start stop response;

Vehicle mounted DC adaptation: using a vehicle mounted DC series motor, directly connected to the vehicle battery for power supply, without the need for external AC power, suitable for use with trucks, dump trucks, and environmental sanitation modified vehicles;

Compact and durable structure: integrated valve block with oil circuit, reducing oil pipe leakage faults; Thickened red painted oil storage tank, rust resistant and anti-collision, suitable for bumpy working conditions on construction sites;

Pressure adjustable: Built in overflow pressure regulating structure, can adjust system oil pressure as needed, match different load oil cylinders, overload automatic pressure relief protection pump body and motor.
