1、 Product Overview

This is a basic horizontal AC hydraulic power station that integrates an aluminum shell AC motor, a high-pressure gear pump, an oil circuit integrated valve block, and a horizontal circular steel oil tank. It reserves a valve position for solenoid valve installation and is compatible with AC220V single-phase/AC380V three-phase industrial mains power. Single/dual electromagnetic directional valves can be installed as needed. It is commonly used for fixed industrial hydraulic equipment such as small lifting platforms, boarding bridges, auto repair tire removal machines, and assembly line lifting fixtures. It is a highly versatile standard hydraulic oil supply assembly.

Standard integrated oil circuit valve block

Precision forged aluminum alloy valve block, reserved standard electromagnetic directional valve installation holes, inlet and outlet ports, built-in overflow pressure regulating valve, can uniformly adjust the maximum working pressure of the system, overload automatic pressure relief protection pipeline oil cylinder; No extra external connectors, greatly reducing the risk of leakage, and flexible installation of single or dual electromagnetic reversing components.

High pressure wear-resistant gear pump

High precision aluminum alloy gear pump, high volumetric efficiency, rated working pressure up to 16MPa, uniform and stable oil supply, wear-resistant and anti leakage, no significant attenuation of oil pressure when lifting loads, suitable for small and medium-sized clamping and lifting conditions.

Horizontal circular thickened steel fuel tank

One piece welded cylindrical cold-rolled steel plate oil tank, black anti-corrosion paint, resistant to pressure and impact, not easily deformed; The top red explosion-proof breathable oil cap balances the air pressure inside the oil tank and facilitates the filling of hydraulic oil; The circular horizontal layout saves vertical installation space for equipment, with an integrated metal base at the bottom, and the whole machine is firmly fixed and shock-absorbing.

6、 Instructions for Use and Maintenance

Add 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil to the standard oil level mark of the oil tank, and tighten the red breathable oil cap;

After assembling the solenoid valve as needed, connect the hydraulic oil pipe and tighten the joint to prevent leakage;

Standardize the wiring of the motor and ensure proper grounding protection. After confirming that the motor direction is correct, conduct a no-load test run;

Set the working pressure of the overflow valve according to the load regulation, and prohibit long-term use beyond the rated pressure;

Check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil every 300 hours, and replace it promptly if the oil is cloudy or contains impurities.
