1、 Product Overview

This horizontal dual oil circuit DC hydraulic power station adopts a horizontally integrated compact structure, equipped with a circular steel oil tank, dual independent electromagnetic reversing valve group, and a DC motor with a heat dissipation fan cover. It is compatible with DC12V/24V on-board DC power supply and can independently control the lifting of two sets of hydraulic cylinders. It is commonly used in on-board hydraulic systems such as flying wing trucks, car tailboards, RV double legs, and small mobile double cylinder lifting equipment.

Horizontal circular thickened steel fuel tank

One piece welded cold-rolled steel plate cylindrical fuel tank, black anti-corrosion paint, resistant to pressure and vehicle bumps and impacts, not easy to crack or leak; The front red explosion-proof breathable oil cap balances the pressure of the oil tank and facilitates the filling of hydraulic oil; The circular horizontal layout occupies less space horizontally and is suitable for narrow installation positions on truck chassis.

6、 Usage and maintenance instructions

Add 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil to the standard oil level mark of the oil tank, and tighten the red breathable oil cap;

Two hydraulic oil pipes are respectively connected to the corresponding oil cylinders, and the joints are fully tightened to resist vehicle vibration and leakage;

Strictly distinguish the positive and negative wiring of the battery, and correspond the electromagnetic valve and relay circuits to the onboard control handle;

No load test run, adjust the overflow valve to set the system pressure, and then fine tune the two speed control knobs to match the lifting speed. It is forbidden to operate for a long time beyond the rated pressure;

Check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil every 200 hours, and regularly clean the dust and oil stains on the surface of motors and solenoid valves for outdoor vehicle mounted equipment.
