Snowplow power unit

This hydraulic power unit dedicated to snowplows is the core power supply system of snow removal equipment. It integrates a high-performance motor, a high-pressure hydraulic pump, a multi-way control valve, an accumulator device, and a high and low temperature resistant oil tank. It can precisely provide stable hydraulic power for actuators such as snow brush rotation, snow shovel lifting/tilting, and snow shovel travel. It is compatible with various winter snow removal equipment such as snow removal vehicles, snowplows, and snow throwers, ensuring continuous and efficient operation under extreme conditions such as severe cold, high load, and dusty conditions. Customized for low-temperature environments in winter, it utilizes low-temperature-resistant hydraulic oil, low-temperature-resistant seals, and cold-resistant cables. It can be started and operated normally within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 80℃, effectively solving issues such as difficulty in starting the power unit, oil line leaks, and seal aging in low-temperature environments. Equipped with a high-torque DC motor (DC12V/24V optional) or an industrial-grade AC motor, paired with a high-pressure gear pump/plunger pump, it boasts a rated pressure of up to 20-30MPa and a flow rate coverage of 8-60L/min. It can simultaneously drive the snow brush to rotate at high speed and the snow shovel to lift/tip precisely. With fast power response and strong overload capacity, it easily handles complex snow removal scenarios such as thick snow and ice accumulation.

The integrated multi-way electromagnetic reversing valve group (2-4 way customization) allows independent control over multiple actions such as snow brush speed, snow pushing plate angle, and snow shovel travel, enabling multi-process collaborative operation of "sweeping, pushing, throwing, and lifting". Coupled with overflow valves, check valves, and balance valves, it achieves precise speed regulation and pressure maintaining locking, avoiding action stalling or loss of control, and ensuring precise and controllable snow removal operations.

The entire machine adopts an IP65 high-protection level design, with sealed casing to prevent dust, water, and salt spray corrosion; key connecting components are made of stainless steel, with surface treated for rust and corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh outdoor conditions such as rain, snow, and mud; the oil pipeline adopts high-pressure oil-resistant rubber hose, which is anti-aging and anti-bursting, eliminating the risk of oil leakage and significantly extending the service life of the entire machine.
