The entire machine integrates the three major modules of power, control, and oil storage into a compact and well-arranged structure, significantly saving installation space, simplifying hydraulic pipeline connections, reducing system leakage risks, facilitating installation and maintenance, and adapting to the compact installation requirements of various equipment.

Multi-channel independent control valve group

Equipped with a multi-way solenoid directional valve assembly, it can achieve independent, synchronous, or sequential control of multiple hydraulic actuators (such as cylinders and motors). With rapid action response and precise switching, it can flexibly meet the multi-action coordination requirements under complex working conditions and is suitable for multi-station and multi-cylinder synchronous operation scenarios.

Efficient power system

Equipped with an efficient energy-saving motor and a high-performance gear pump/vane pump combination, it boasts strong power, stable operation, and low noise. It can continuously and stably output hydraulic oil at rated pressure, achieving high energy conversion efficiency. It is compatible with multiple power supply systems, including DC and AC, meeting the power needs of various scenarios.

Sealing and protection design

The oil tank is made of high-quality steel and integrally formed, with excellent sealing performance, effectively preventing hydraulic oil leakage and impurity intrusion; the valve assembly is processed with high precision and uses imported seals, maintaining zero leakage even under high-pressure conditions. The cylinder surface is treated with anti-rust coating, providing corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties, suitable for indoor and outdoor multi-scenario operations.

Safety and humanized design

The fuel tank is equipped with a red oil level/vent valve for real-time monitoring of the oil state, facilitating maintenance. The valve assembly integrates a manual adjustment knob, allowing precise control of flow and pressure to accommodate different load requirements. It features built-in pressure protection and overload protection structures to prevent system damage from overpressure and ensure safe equipment operation.
