1、 Product Overview

This is a horizontal single electromagnetic reversing DC hydraulic power station, which integrates a DC motor, electromagnetic reversing valve, gear pump, and circular steel oil tank. It adopts a compact horizontal layout and is compatible with 12V/24V vehicle mounted DC power supply. It is specially designed for mobile vehicle mounted hydraulic equipment such as truck tailboards, small dump trucks, lifting tailboards, house car legs, and small lifting platforms. The single oil circuit controls the lifting of a single oil cylinder, making it a lightweight vehicle mounted hydraulic oil supply core assembly.

DC high-power motor

The black DC permanent magnet motor is equipped with a golden hollow heat dissipation fan cover at the front end, which has high heat dissipation efficiency and is not easy to overheat after long-term operation; Equipped with metal electromagnetic starting relay, the starting current is stable and the instantaneous torque is sufficient; The whole machine is sealed and dustproof, suitable for vehicle bumps and outdoor dusty environments, with low vibration and noise during operation.

Integrated valve block for electromagnetic directional valve

Single channel electromagnetic directional valve group, independent oil inlet and outlet, electrically controlled oil circuit switching, precise control of oil cylinder rise and fall; The valve block is equipped with an overflow pressure regulating valve, which can adjust the maximum pressure of the system, automatically release pressure when overloaded, and protect the oil cylinder and pipeline; Integrated oil circuit design reduces external oil pipes and lowers the risk of leakage.

Circular thickened steel fuel tank

Horizontal cylindrical black cold-rolled steel plate fuel tank, welded in one piece, resistant to pressure and not easily deformed; Top red explosion-proof breathable oil cap, convenient for adding hydraulic oil and balancing oil tank pressure; The circular structure saves horizontal installation space, adapts to narrow installation positions on the frame, is treated with anti rust coating, and is corrosion-resistant without oil leakage.

Electric control wiring assembly

Standardized solenoid valves and relay leads, simple wiring, can be directly connected to car control handles and wireless remote controllers, clear wiring, and less prone to short circuit faults.

6、 Usage and maintenance instructions

Add 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil to the standard level and tighten the red breathable oil cap;

Connect the hydraulic oil pipe to the valve block oil port and tighten the joint to prevent vibration and leakage during driving;

Distinguish the positive and negative wiring of the power supply, and correspond the relay and solenoid valve circuits to the controller;

Empty load test lifting action, adjust the working pressure through the overflow valve, and prohibit overpressure use;

Check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil every 200 hours of use, and regularly clean the dust outside the fuel tank when the vehicle is used outdoors.
