With a DC motor as the core drive, it is integrated with a hydraulic pump, control valve assembly, and oil storage tank. The entire unit adopts a compact structural design, capable of quickly providing stable power to hydraulic actuators. 1. High-efficiency DC drive system
Equipped with a high-torque DC motor (compatible with mainstream DC voltages such as 12V/24V/48V), the motor housing features a finned design to increase the heat dissipation area and effectively reduce temperature rise during prolonged operation. The motor incorporates high-quality permanent magnet materials, providing high starting torque and fast response speed, accurately matching the start-stop requirements of hydraulic pumps and adapting to frequent start-stop conditions.
2. Precision hydraulic power components
Equipped with a high-pressure gear pump/plunger pump (selected as needed), the pump body utilizes high-precision gear/plunger coordination, ensuring stable flow and minimal pressure pulsation. It can output a rated pressure of 10-31.5 MPa, meeting the power requirements of small and medium-sized hydraulic equipment. The pump body and motor adopt a coaxial direct-connection design, eliminating transmission clearance, improving power transmission efficiency, and reducing noise and vibration.
3. Integrated control module
The top is integrated with electromagnetic relays/contactors to achieve precise control of motor start-stop. The wiring terminals are designed with locknuts and insulating sheaths to ensure the safety and stability of high DC current connections. Core control components such as built-in relief valves and check valves are incorporated to automatically adjust the system's rated pressure, achieve overload protection and pressure maintaining functions, and prevent system damage from overpressure.
4. Durable oil storage and sealing design
Equipped with a lightweight hydraulic oil tank, the material is made of carbon steel/aluminum alloy and undergoes anti-corrosion spraying treatment, providing resistance to rust and impact; the oil tank interface is reserved with a liquid level observation port and a fuel filling port, facilitating daily oil detection and filling. At the same time, it is equipped with high-quality seals to prevent hydraulic oil leakage, adapting to the bumpy working environment of mobile equipment.
5. Full-condition adaptive design
The motor terminals are equipped with waterproof and dustproof connectors, achieving a protection level of IP54, suitable for complex working conditions such as outdoor, vehicular, and humid environments.
