6、 Instructions for Use and Maintenance

Add 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil to the standard oil level mark of the oil tank, and tighten the red breathable oil cap;

Two oil pipes are respectively connected to the corresponding oil cylinder ports, and the joints are tightened to prevent leakage;

Strictly distinguish single-phase/three-phase power supply wiring for motors, provide grounding protection, and conduct no-load trial operation after confirming that the motor direction is correct;

Adjust the overflow valve to set the system working pressure according to the load demand, and prohibit the use beyond the rated pressure;

Check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil every 300 hours, and replace it promptly if turbidity or impurities appear.
