This is a horizontal single channel electromagnetic reversing AC hydraulic power station with an integrated horizontal layout. It is equipped with a large capacity circular steel oil tank, an all aluminum shell AC motor, and a single channel electromagnetic integrated valve block. It is compatible with AC220V single-phase/AC380V three-phase industrial mains power and a set of pump station controls the lifting of a single oil cylinder. The motor, pump, valve block, and oil tank share a metal support base, which provides good shock absorption effect for the entire machine. It can be directly bolted to the equipment rack, making on-site assembly simple and reducing vibration and leakage caused by assembly gaps.

6、 Instructions for Use and Maintenance

Add 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil to the standard oil level mark of the oil tank, and tighten the red breathable oil cap;

Connect the hydraulic oil pipe to the inlet and outlet of the valve block, tighten the joint to prevent leakage;

Distinguish single-phase/three-phase standard wiring for motors and ensure proper grounding. After confirming that the motor direction is correct, conduct a no-load test run;

Set the working pressure of the overflow valve according to the load regulation, and prohibit long-term operation beyond the rated pressure;

Check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil every 300 hours, and replace it promptly if the oil is cloudy or contains impurities.
